Overlooking the Indian Ocean the Museum of Geraldton celebrates the rich heritage of the land sea and people of the Mid West region. Discover ancient landforms Yamaji history and culture and the region’s unique natural landscapes and marine environment. Including archaeological riches from four Dutch Shipwrecks—Batavia Gilt Dragon Zuytdorp and Zeewijk.

• Closed Australia Day Public Holiday Labour Day Anzac Day Christmas Day Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
General Admission entry is free. For special exhibitions and events a free companion card ticket can be booked online or purchased in-person at entry. A valid companion card must be shown with ticket.
The Museum of Geraldton is fully accessible. There are no staircases required to enter any of the public spaces and an arched ramp is available for entrance into the Shipwrecks Gallery. Parking is free and on flat street level. There are two ACROD bays near the entrance of the Museum.
