Promoting the rights of people with disability, who require a companion, to fair ticketing at events and venues

Fun for all at Adventure World

Since the launch of the WA Companion Card program 10 years ago, our ever-expanding list of Affiliates has grown to include all kinds of businesses covering the length and breadth of the State.

From the Kununurra Race Club to the Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre, cardholders from across WA can participate in a vast range of community events and activities.

By affiliating with the program, each Affiliate has shown a dedication to increasing the participation of people with disability in the community.

As one of our ’10 year’ Affliates, Adventure World in Bibra Lake is proud to be part of the program.

It’s all about creating an inclusive environment for everyone, says CEO Mark Shaw.

“Our carparks and entrances, facilities and general park grounds are easily accessible, and the Companion Card program is an important part of removing barriers for our guests,” he says.

“Our team members complete an extensive training and induction program, which is focused on creating the best possible guest experience and memories for all those who visit Adventure World.”
